Due to the intimate nature of the products we present for sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Upon receipt of your order please inspect your item carefully to ensure it was not damaged during delivery. If your item was damaged during shipment, you must contact us at email@example.com within seven (7) days after the item was delivered to arrange a return. We will accept a return of the damaged product for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during the return shipment.
All refunds are processed within approximately 3 business days of our receipt of your returned damaged product and will show on your statement within 3-7 business days after we receive the returned goods. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site.
Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. This time frame doesn’t take into consideration the time in which it takes to get the order delivered to you from the United States Postal Service (USPS).
The pricing of shipping costs are not company regulated, instead they are dictated by the current USPS rates which will take the weight and the shipping destination into account.
The shipping method in which you choose does not change or affect our company’s current fulfillment time. Selecting any priority or expedited shipping will be upheld and guaranteed from the shipping carrier and the company is not responsible for the package not being delivered in that time frame.
We as a company are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. Our company will assess the appropriate solution for any delivery issue.
